In five year I see myself leading project and more experient. Fluntly in English and with my career more solid
Naturalyzing the change is necessary
Naturalizing change is necessasry. The change is the greatest constante of life. We are changing all time. You might not even like it. But, in the life if we don't accept this we will go be run over of facts. Over the years we will need to change ours foods and ours load of exercises. Not understanding this means reducing the quality of life. This is not confortable. But necessary. It will only by a matter of time. So that the force of change imposes itself on our bodies and souls.
